Job Summary

As a Business Analyst you are responsible for managing programs and projects to support internal customer (Finance) requirements. This is a challenging position with the opportunity to directly impact the effectiveness and success of the Finance organisation and drive customer satisfaction. 

Job Requirements

Define, manage and track program schedules, and milestones for programs within the project scope. Specific responsibilities of the position include:

  • Develop and define IT requirements to support process and system changes that will influence key decision making (Business reviews)
  • Co-lead design sessions to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Create detailed functional design documents for conversions, interfaces, and reports
  • Coordinate with IT development teams to manage the development process and resolve issues
  • Prepare and execute testing plans to ensure high quality results
  • Representing the Enterprise Reporting and Data Management (ERDM) team in enterprise projects to scope, track and deliver outcomes
  • Drive the adoption of new tools (PowerBI); maintain and utilize current automated systems
  • Provide visibility to ERDM Ops’ Programs and Program accomplishments through Quarterly newsletters

Education

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in developing programs and processes that directly create customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ability to work collaboratively, and act in a lead role as a subject matter expert, within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria
  • Good analysis, project management, and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
