Business Intelligence Analyst 5
Job Summary
As an Staff Business Intelligence Analyst, you will partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Business Operations to define the metrics that matter, architect scalable dashboards and reporting solutions, and build the analytical foundations that guide our company’s most critical decisions. You will operate as a strategic thought leader who not only delivers insights but shapes the analytics strategy for the entire business.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Insights roles, with demonstrated impact at enterprise scale.
- Proven expertise defining KPIs, metric frameworks, and analytical models that drive business and product decisions.
- Strong proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, ThoughtSpot) and experience building robust dashboards for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience working with data warehousing technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and modeling layered datasets for analytics.
- Ability to partner with IT and Data Engineering to source, transform, validate, and operationalize data.
- Familiarity with SQL (required) and comfort writing complex queries against large, structured, and semi‑structured datasets.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams—including Product, Engineering, and Business Operations—to translate data into strategy.
- Strong understanding of data integrity, governance, and analytical quality assurance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
Education
B.tech or Master's in Computer Science or a related field required with a minimum of 10+ years of related experience is required.
