Job Summary

As a Enterprise Application programmer 4 (IC4), you will bring advanced, wide-ranging technical and functional experience to design, build, and improve complex data and application solutions across multiple systems and projects. You will work independently to resolve most technical blockers, proactively surface major risks, and deliver creative, scalable solutions aligned to business and product objectives.
This role requires strong technical depth, cross-functional influence, and the ability to mentor peers while contributing to significant portions of product/data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance Oracle advanced PL/SQL solutions, including complex procedures, packages, functions, tuning, and data quality controls.
Build and support data pipelines and workflows using Python and Airflow.
Develop and integrate backend services/utilities using Node.js where required rest APIs, or platform integration.
Implement and manage integrations using IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) including mappings, tasks, and scheduling aligned to enterprise standards.
Solve complex problems requiring deep analysis with minimal supervision.
Contribute across multiple components/projects, improving system scalability, maintainability, resilience, and performance.
Independently resolve most blockers; raise major technical and delivery risks proactively with clear options and recommendations.
Collaboration & Influence
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, platform, operations, and business teams to translate objectives into technical deliverables.
Network with key stakeholders beyond your immediate domain; tailor communication to align technical outcomes with business priorities.
Mentor juniors and coordinate work across functions where needed to meet tactical deliveries.
Complexity & Decision-Making
Work on complex issues where solutions require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors (data, performance, reliability, business impact).
Required Qualifications
8+ years of relevant technical experience in IT.
Advanced expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, including performance tuning and complex data logic.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and building production-grade workflows/pipelines.
Experience using Apache Airflow for orchestration (DAG design, scheduling, monitoring, reliability patterns).
Hands-on knowledge of IICS/Informatica Cloud integrations.
Proven ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver on complex technical initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication, including documentation and stakeholder communication

Job Requirements

Experience: 8+ years
Primary Skills: Oracle PL/SQL (Advanced), Python, Node.js, Airflow, IICS
Secondary Skills: AI/ML exposure, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Documentation
Preferred / Good-to-Have
Exposure to AI-related use cases (e.g., automation, enrichment, NLP, GenAI-assisted workflows) and ability to evaluate where AI adds value.
Experience with ServiceNow (incident/change processes).
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, CI/CD, work tracking).
