Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Oracle ERP Cloud Technical Manager to lead our technical team and drive successful Oracle ERP Cloud implementations. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong people management skills to deliver business-critical solutions.
Job Requirements
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical architects, developers, and consultants across multiple Oracle ERP SCM Cloud projects
• Conduct performance reviews, drive professional development, and build a high-performing team culture focused on innovation and collaboration
• Manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and talent acquisition/retention strategies
Technical Oversight & Delivery
• Oversee design, development, and implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud SCM solutions across multiple full lifecycle projects
• Provide technical leadership for areas such as complex B2B partner integrations (Forward and Reverse Logistics) and ensure solutions align with business requirements
• Establish and enforce technical standards, coding guidelines, and quality assurance processes
Business Partnership & Project Management
• Collaborate with functional teams, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery while managing risks and dependencies
• Present technical solutions and project status to senior management and executive stakeholders
Education
Experience
• 15+ years of overall IT experience with strong Oracle ERP background
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud SCM technical implementations as a technical manager
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical teams of 5+ members
• 6+ years of hands-on Oracle ERP Cloud SCM technical experience
Technical Expertise
• Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud SCM modules (Order Management, Order Fulfilment, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics)
• Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FTP, FBDI, ATP,
• Proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, VBCS, Groovy Scripting, ADFdi
• Experience with B2B partner integrations and understanding of Quote to Order, Order to Invoice, and Procure to Pay processes
Leadership & Soft Skills
• Agile, self-driven, and business-focused with strong initiative and ownership mindset
• Proven ability to motivate, develop, and manage technical teams effectively
• Flexible, adaptable, and committed with strong work ethic and accountability
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and customer-focused approach
