Job Summary
The Manager – Quote‑to‑Cash Experience, Business Quality & Automation is accountable for improving the end‑to‑end Q2C journey for sellers, partners, and customers by increasing speed, quality, and predictability through strong governance, cross‑functional leadership, and automation/AI‑driven scale.
- Own end‑to‑end Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) experience and business outcomes, spanning pricing, CPQ, quote export, ERP handoff, order execution, invoice readiness, and downstream issue prevention.
- Lead an automation‑ and AI‑first operating model that reduces incidents/escalations, improves first‑time‑right quality, and increases revenue velocity—especially during peak/quarter‑end execution.
- Translate user and customer pain points into measurable improvements (cycle time, quality, throughput, adoption), and partner across GTM, Finance, Pricing, Operations, and IT to deliver systemic fixes.
- Establish governance, metrics, and risk controls to ensure scalable, compliant, and predictable execution across regions and time zones.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Quote‑to‑Cash, Sales Operations, Deal Desk/Commercial Operations, Finance Operations, Order Management, CPQ/ERP programs, or related business transformation roles.
- Demonstrated ability to own and improve end‑to‑end process outcomes (speed, quality, compliance, risk) across multiple functions—not just a single operational team.
- Strong working knowledge of CPQ and adjacent enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Order Management, Revenue processes) and how defects, data, and business rules impact seller and customer experience.
- Proven track record driving automation and AI-enabled improvements (self‑service, triage, workflow automation, exception handling), with clear measurement of benefits.
- Experience defining operating rhythms, governance, and KPI frameworks; able to convert ambiguous problems into prioritized roadmaps and execution plans.
- Strong executive presence and influencing skills—able to align stakeholders, drive decisions, and communicate crisply to leadership.
- Comfortable operating in high‑risk, high‑tempo environments (quarter‑end, escalations, platform changes) with strong judgment and structured problem solving.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
- Relevant certifications and training are a plus, including:
- Process and delivery frameworks (Lean / Six Sigma, PMP, Agile / Scrum)
- Automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, RPA tools)
- AI / ML and Generative AI education or certifications (e.g., Azure AI, Generative AI foundations, prompt engineering)
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Python, and AI-assisted workflow platforms
