Job Summary

 As a software engineer you will work as part of an exceptionally talented engineering team responsible for driving product development, test plans, automation and systemic testing. The overall focus of the team will be on delivering innovative technologies to address competitive market and customer requirements with enterprise-class product quality and time-to-market. The team will also be responsible for maintenance & enhancements to existing technologies & products. 

Job Requirements

Essential Functions 

  • Contributions to Design, Coding, Debug & Test, Performance analysis & improvement tasks 
  • Contributions to technical discussions within the immediate team and across functions 
  • Develop, modify, and execute software test plan, automate test case's. 
  • Execute/automate tests for scale, systemic testing and provide quality analysis. 
  • Develop and maintain Test Automation for Regression Testing. 
  • Be a technical resource to other engineers and across functions 
  • Willingness to work on additional tasks and responsibilities that will contribute towards team, department and company goals 

Job Requirements 

  • Experience with development with C/C++ in LINUX/UNIX environments 
  • Experience with applying standard software engineering practices 
  • Proficient with systems engineering domain concepts such as computer architecture, operating systems, file systems, networking, algorithms & data structures 
  • Practical experience in hands-on testing, automation, Integration, System, Scale and Regression testing of Feature(s). 
  • Knowledge of storage or cloud technologies is a plus 
  • Strong oral & written communication skills are a plus 

Education

  •  Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of experience 

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree or Master Degree in Computer Science.
