Software Engineer (React.JS)
Job Summary
The NetApp Keystone team develops cutting‑edge technologies that power NetApp’s pay‑as‑you‑go offering, helping customers manage data on‑premises or in the cloud through a subscription-based model. As an engineer in the Keystone organization, you will work on complex, high-impact projects, breaking down challenging requirements into practical solutions while considering system interdependencies and engineering best practices. In this role, you’ll tackle unresolved customer issues, collaborate with engineering teams to suggest feature improvements, learn storage-as-a-service concepts, and work with fellow engineers to deliver the best customer experience for Keystone.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with React JS and TypeScript (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Programming knowledge in Go and its frameworks, or Python
- Full‑stack proficiency in both backend and frontend development
- Database knowledge including SQL, NoSQL, and MongoDB (document databases)
- Experience with version control using Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of development methodologies such as SCRUM, Agile, and Lean practices
- Knowledge of programming paradigms including Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP), Functional Programming, and Design Patterns
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker and Kubernetes for deployment
- Proficiency with collaboration tools including Git, JIRA, and CI/CD workflows
- Strong communication skills with proven fluency in English
- Continuous learner with a passion for adopting new tools, languages, and workflows
- AI/ML knowledge (good to have)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in software development.
