Job Summary

We are looking for a QA Engineer with 6+ years of experience in SAP CRM Service & Support processes, specializing in manual, API, and automation testing. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality releases through strong test design, automation frameworks, and data-driven validation, while leveraging AI tools to improve testing speed, coverage, and defect analysis. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end testing across SAP CRM Service flows (Case management, SLA, BP, Service contracts, IC WebClient)
  • Design and execute test cases, test plans, regression, UAT, and exploratory testing
  • Conduct API testing (REST/OData/SOAP) using Postman/Swagger and maintain reusable test suites
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium/Playwright/Opkey) and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
  • Validate system integrations, interfaces, and backend data using SQL/SAP tables
  • Perform defect tracking, RCA, and log analysis using Jira/Azure DevOps
  • Leverage AI tools (Copilot/ChatGPT) for test design, automation optimization, and faster debugging
  • Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and provide release readiness, metrics, and quality insights

Job Requirement

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP CRM Service testing (IC WebClient, Case management, Installed Base, Contracts)
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience in manual, automation, and API testing
  • Proficiency in Java/Python/JavaScript and frameworks (TestNG/JUnit/PyTest)
  • Experience with Postman, REST APIs, JSON, HTTP protocols
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data validation
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), and Agile methodologies
  • Good understanding of system integrations (IDoc/RFC, microservices – good to have)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field
