Job Summary
We are an AI-forward UX organization and expect team members to leverage responsible AI to drive measurable outcomes. Candidates should be prepared to discuss and demonstrate samples / a portfolio of mixed-method analyses conducted in previous roles. Candidates should also be prepared to discuss how they have used AI tools or models in their past roles to improve productivity, quality, and innovation, including specific examples, quantified results, and the governance practices they followed.
We seek an experienced UX Researcher, with a passion for both qualitative and quantitative analysis, to join our team and help us take our product experiences to new heights.
Job Requirements
Proven ability to design and execute qualitative research.
Strong experience with designing and executing unmoderated research.
Strong experience with quantitative research.
Familiarity with digital analytics tools.
Experience managing participant panels and recruitment processes for research studies.
Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for research workflows.
Ability to synthesize insights from multiple data sources into actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in survey platforms and basic statistical analysis tools.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate research findings to stakeholders.
Comfortable conducting interviews with primarily English-speaking customers.
Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Generate impact and value through storytelling with data by identifying insights that influence product design decisions.
Plan and execute mixed-methods research to inform product design and strategy, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches.
Conduct qualitative studies such as user interviews, usability testing, and thematic analysis to uncover user needs and pain points.
Design and analyze surveys to validate hypotheses and measure user sentiment and experience metrics.
Leverage digital analytics tools to identify behavioral patterns, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
Integrate AI-powered tools into research workflows for tasks such as data synthesis, transcription, and advanced analysis.
Manage participant panels and recruitment processes to ensure diverse and representative user participation.
Synthesize insights from multiple data sources into clear, actionable recommendations for product teams.
Communicate findings effectively through reports, presentations, and storytelling tailored to stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and engineers to influence product decisions.
Advocate for user-centered design and contribute to building a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience conducting UX research using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
