Job Summary

We are seeking a results‑oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our International Headquarters (IHQ) in Cork. In this role, you will sell NetApp products, systems, and services via telephone and digital channels to customers within an assigned territory, industry, or account set.

You will work closely with aligned Sales and Partner teams to support pipeline execution, develop new opportunities, and expand the existing installed base, contributing directly to the overall success of the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support aligned Sales teams by managing a defined set of accounts and generating, progressing, and qualifying sales opportunities.
  • Engage with customers and Partners via phone and digital channels to position NetApp solutions and drive preference for our portfolio.
  • Understand customer business requirements and collaboratively articulate NetApp’s value proposition with Sales stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to pipeline development and coverage through outbound activity, opportunity follow‑up, and account expansion.
  • Independently manage assigned opportunities while coordinating closely with Field Sales on deal strategy and execution.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for customers, ensuring timely handover and collaboration with Sales teams where appropriate.
  • Partner with Channel, Sales, and Marketing teams on territory plans, co‑selling motions, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, track sales activities, and provide forecasts and insights to support Sales planning.

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions and associated business value.
  • Experience using prospecting and outreach tools in a sales environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exposure to working with a range of technologies in a distributed or matrixed organization.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite at our IHQ in Cork at least three days per week to support collaboration.
  • Required language skills: Fluency in English plus one of the following languages: Dutch and French.
