Job Summary

We are looking for a Software Engineer Intern for one of our Cloud ANF Storage teams. You will assist in developing and maintaining cloud-based solutions, focusing on solving problems and on automation.

Essential Functions

  • Software Development: Assist in designing and developing software solutions.
  • System Integration: Support the integration of various cloud services and APIs.
  • Debugging and Troubleshooting: Help identify and resolve system issues.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality cloud solutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for software designs and testing procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements in software development processes.
  • Support: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.

Job Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as React, C#, Python, GoLang and scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with Linux, AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of SQL and Document Databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Your Profile

  • You must be a current student of a bachelor’s degree in one of the following technical disciplines: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related subjects.
  • This role is open to graduates looking for a 6–8-month internship after graduation.
  • You should have the unrestricted right to work in Ireland for the entire duration of the internship. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide sponsorship.
