Deal Lifecycle Manager

This position is for an experienced individual contributor who will serve as a Deal Lifecycle Manager as part of the EMEA Business Desk team. This role is critical to driving the Pricing and Deal approval process for the EMEA region, while also overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of Enterprise Agreements—from inception to ordering. The position requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage complex deals, improve processes, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•    Enterprise Agreement Management: Oversee the lifecycle of Enterprise Agreements, including initiation, structuring, governance, and ordering, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
•    Pricing and Deal Escalations: Manage pricing escalations and evaluate deals with variations to company standard setups, providing strategic recommendations to optimize deal structure.
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to facilitate deal approvals and resolve complex issues.
•    Compliance and Risk Management: Assess compliance, legal, and statutory risks for non-standard deals, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
•    Process Improvements: Identify inefficiencies in deal lifecycle workflows and propose scalable solutions to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency.
•    Executive Facilitation: Lead business desk reviews with cross-functional executives, providing clear insights and recommendations for deal approvals.
•    Complex Deal Structuring: Provide guidance on structuring complex deals, balancing commercial priorities with compliance requirements.
•    Field Feedback and Strategy: Gather feedback from sales teams to inform corporate pricing strategies and improve alignment with market dynamics.
•    Tool Utilization: Drive adoption of internal tools and systems, providing inputs for enhancements to support business needs.

Job Requirements

•    Leadership and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and organizational skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across EMEA.
•    Enterprise Agreement Expertise: Proven experience managing Enterprise Agreements, including structuring, pricing, and ordering workflows.
•    Process Improvement Focus: Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements.
•    Sales and Business Acumen: Deep understanding of the sales/buying cycle and how technology solutions address business challenges.
•    Analytical and Communication Skills: Ability to analyze complex information and convey insights clearly to enable sales effectiveness and informed decision-making.
•    Cross Functional Coordination: Experience working collaboratively across departments, including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
•    Ethical Decision-Making: Strong ethical awareness and integrity, with the ability to make unbiased, objective decisions under challenging timelines.
•    Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools.

Education and Experience

Minimum of 8 years, preferably in technology or enterpise environment. Managing Enterprise Agreements and working in a global, cross functional capacity is strongly preferred
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
