Sales Insights Manager
Job Summary
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Insights Manager to be the analytics, sales ops and business ops partner to our EMEA Sales Biz Performance leadership team. This role is a key enabler of performance, accountability, and strategic execution across the region.
As a trusted advisor to sales ops and go-to-market leaders, you’ll bring analytical clarity, operational excellence, and financial acumen to help accelerate revenue, improve pipeline health, and inform bold decisions. You’ll play a central role in turning business signals into strategic action-shaping how we plan, forecast, and scale across districts.

Job Requirements
- Business Partner to Rev Ops Business Performance managers: Provide strategic insights and decision support to EMEA Rev Ops business performance leadership across segments and districts.
- Pipeline Analytics: Lead predictive pipeline analytics, and performance diagnostics - connecting data to GTM execution.
- Performance Management: Deliver actionable insights, analytics, and KPIs that track health, velocity, and growth opportunities.
- Strategy & Execution: Support territory analysis, scenario modeling, and planning cycles in partnership with Rev Ops organization.
- Operational Excellence: Identify process gaps, streamline reporting cadence, and drive scalable mechanisms for insights delivery across the districts.
- Data Storytelling: Translate complex data into clear, concise narratives tailored for senior execs.
Qualifications
- 7 - 10+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Biz Ops, FP&A, or Sales Strategy, preferably in tech or SaaS
- Deep analytical expertise - strong command of Salesforce, Tableau/Power BI, and other sales analytics tools
- Strong business and financial acumen with a bias for action and outcomes
- Proven track record of driving alignment and performance in regional or geo-based roles (EMEA experience strongly preferred)
- Comfortable operating in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments
- Executive-level communication skills—can influence, align, and lead without authority
- High integrity, proactive mindset, and an obsession for driving clarity
Compensation:
The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
