Sales Operations Program Manager - Security Information & Compliance
Job Summary
NetApp’s Security Information team is responsible for responding to security inquiries received from our customers. This role owns the end-to-end process for security questionnaires, vendor risk assessments, and compliance activities, requiring the ability to interpret complex inquiries, identify nuances, and leverage a knowledge base to provide precise responses.
The ideal candidate will lead security compliance initiatives. Success in this position demands strong organizational skills to manage multiple, deadline-driven projects, prioritize effectively, and set clear expectations. Exceptional communication and collaboration are essential, as the role interfaces with legal, compliance, product, finance, IT security, and sales teams to uphold trust and regulatory standards. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate the ability to train and utilize AI tools to optimize knowledge base usage and enhance response efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a self-starter, managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and driving initiatives to completion.
- Ability to work while collaborating effectively across teams to meet deadlines and to address security requirements in order to respond to customer inquiries.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in all responses and documentation. Monitor and report on SLA performance and metrics for leadership visibility.
- Protect sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality of company assets.
- Quickly learn new applications and leverage AI tools to optimize knowledge base usage.
- Skilled at professionally presenting and communicating with end customers and sales organizations.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Program Management, or related fields. Compliance knowledge desired (ISO, SOC, HIPAA, etc)
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Desired 2 years Security questionnaire experience
