Job Summary

As a Solutions Engineer for public authorities in the domain of Internal Security, you support customers across Germany in identifying, evaluating, and implementing suitable IT solutions. You act as a trusted technical advisor and work closely with account teams and partners to develop secure solution concepts tailored to mission-critical requirements.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment, contributing to digital transformation initiatives that support public safety and resilience.

Your Responsibilities:
•  Engage with customers and prospects within authorities of Internal Security to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives  
•  Translate customer requirements into solution concepts in collaboration with internal teams and partners
•  Present technologies and solution approaches to different stakeholders and adapt communication to various audiences
•  Support technical aspects of account development and contribute to building long-term customer relationships
•  Analyze existing IT environments and security requirements (e.g., compliance, protection needs) and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation  
•  Collaborate closely with Client Executives and cross-functional teams
•  Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and events (nationwide)

Job Requirements

We are looking for people who enjoy working with customers and technology and are motivated to contribute to meaningful projects in the public sector.
•  Interest in IT technologies and trends (e.g., cloud, data management, security, or infrastructure)
•  Ability to understand customer needs and communicate solution ideas clearly
•  Structured and analytical way of working, combined with curiosity and openness to learn
•  Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across functions
•  Experience in working with customers or in technical roles is beneficial
•  Experience in the public sector environment (especially with security authorities) is an advantage but not required  
•     Willingness and eligibility to undergo a security clearance / background screening as required for work with authorities of Internal Security
•     Professional proficiency in German and a good command of English
