(Senior) Client Executive Enterprise (m/f/d)
Job Summary
As a (Senior) Client Executive Enterprise (CE) at NetApp, you will lead the sell‑to sales activities for a defined set of Enterprise accounts and drive the achievement of your assigned sales quota.
You will work closely with the global team and provide leadership to the national extended account team, aligning all sales and pre‑sales motions across your accounts to accelerate and expand NetApp’s business.
In addition, you will collaborate with NetApp’s Partner and Distributor ecosystem. As a trusted advisor to your customers, you will leverage strong business acumen and technical expertise to maximize account value and build long‑term, strategic relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive territory and account plan to deepen and expand relationships with buyers and key influencers.
- Partner with the assigned Solutions Engineer to define long‑term product strategies for new and existing NetApp solutions across your account set.
- Lead and orchestrate the full sales cycle, including pipeline generation, qualification, solution design, pricing and quoting, and deal/contract negotiation across NetApp’s hybrid‑cloud and cloud portfolio.
- Serve as the sales orchestrator, engaging the right experts at the right time to drive impact and customer outcomes.
- Manage and align multiple concurrent sales motions—whether owned by specialist sellers or other sales roles—to ensure a seamless, customer‑centric approach.
- Plan the business and deliver accurate, data‑driven forecasts to support effective account and resource planning.
- Drive partner co‑selling within the account to expand reach and accelerate value.
- Identify white‑space opportunities and drive net‑new business growth.
Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience managing international Enterprise accounts.
- Minimum five years of experience working with Channel, Partner, and Distributor environments is preferred.
- Experience selling storage infrastructure solutions for hybrid‑cloud or cloud environments.
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving net‑new business.
- Demonstrated mastery of consultative technical sales in complex environments.
- Strong ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with customers and partners.
- Deep understanding of customer goals and the ability to clearly demonstrate business value.
- Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to coordinate and lead multiple concurrent sales motions across NetApp specialists and partners.
- Ability to speak credibly about modern computing, storage, and cloud technologies/concepts.
- Excellent English and German language skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Preferred location for this role is Frankfurt, Rhine‑Main Region.
