Job Summary

Senior Client Executive – Poland – Commercial Sector (contract to perm)

As a Senior Client Executive for the Commercial Sector at NetApp, you will drive sales growth across mid-market and commercial accounts throughout Poland. You will work closely with partners, distributors, and internal teams to expand NetApp’s presence, uncover new opportunities, and deliver modern data solutions that help customers scale and innovate.

Contract & Employment Details 

  • Employment type: 3‑month fixed‑term contract, payrolled via a third‑party agency 
  • Conversion intent: Intention to convert to a full‑time employee (FTE) when the NetApp legal entity in Poland goes live (target: August, subject to confirmation)
  • Guaranteed earnings: 3‑month guaranteed bonus during the contract period
  • Additional allowance: Car allowance paid in addition to base and commission, due to customer‑facing requirements
  • Benefits: Statutory benefits including private medical cover
  • Work style: Remote worker with a future expectation of hybrid (once a week) when the office opens
  • Location: Warsaw, Poland

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial and mid-market accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, conducting regular engagements and onsite visits.
  • Own the full sales cycle: pipeline creation, qualification, solution positioning, pricing, quoting, and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers to design solutions aligned with customer needs and NetApp’s portfolio.
  • Manage multiple concurrent deals with a focus on speed, customer value, and operational excellence.
  • Work closely with partners to drive co-selling, expand reach, and accelerate growth in the commercial segment.
  • Leverage your network to identify new buying centers and expand account penetration.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in direct or indirect sales, ideally within the Polish commercial or mid-market segment.
  • Strong customer and partner relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to articulate value-led solutions in data infrastructure, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Native-level Polish and fluent English.
