Cloud GTM and Acceleration Business Operations Leader

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Business Operations Leader to support the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Cloud. This individual will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, enabling rhythm-of-business (ROB) processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. The role will directly support the VP of Segment Strategy and Cloud Acceleration in managing the business cadence and delivering insights that accelerate cloud growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Rhythm of the Business (ROB) Management

  • Own and execute ongoing meetings to support ROB processes for the Cloud GTM team.
  • Coordinate and facilitate monthly calls with sales leaders in the field to review cloud acceleration performance and initiatives.
  • Lead monthly interlock calls between the GROE team (Growth, Revenue, Offers, Enablement) and GEO sales executives, ensuring timely updates on projects and progress.

2. Data & Performance Insights

  • Pull, analyze, and synthesize data and metrics to track cloud acceleration efforts.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for leadership and field teams.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of performance data for monthly and quarterly reviews.

3. Executive Business Reviews & Presentations

  • Create high-quality executive presentations for business reviews, leveraging data storytelling and visual clarity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure completion of slides and deliverables.
  • Maintain consistency and alignment with corporate standards for executive communications.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Accountability

  • Work across multiple teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to manage interlocks and dependencies.
  • Hold leaders accountable for completing tasks and meeting deadlines related to GTM initiatives.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for cloud-related projects, ensuring alignment across all functions.

5. Operational Excellence

  • Identify process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of GTM operations.
  • Support strategic planning cycles and contribute to long-term growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards and best practices for business operations.

Education and Experience

  • Experience: 12+ years in business operations, program management, or GTM support roles (preferably in Cloud or Technology sectors).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create compelling executive-level presentations.
  • Collaboration: Proven track record of working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI (or similar analytics tools), and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM and cloud performance dashboards is a plus.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 192,950 - 287,100 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
