Job Summary

Openings available for Strategy and Operations Manager at NetApp, Inc. in San Jose, California: Structure complex problems and drive solutions and processes with multiple senior stakeholders to deliver high business impact. Define market opportunity and driving multiple cross-functional programs, managing the relationship with several top executives across the company. Provide thought leadership and strategic advice to leaders across the company. Tackle hard questions with rigor and perseverance, owning the project from problem definition to final recommendation. Present recommendations and lead discussions across multiple levels of management. Lead multiple projects and/or workstreams independently.

Job Requirements

Must have 6 years of experience in each of the following:  
o Working with executive stakeholders;  
o Designing and running business and strategic reviews;  
o Working with financial planning, resource (budget and headcount) management, design OKRs, Critical User Journeys, and customer funnel analysis in a tech product environment;  
o Data analysis using tools including spreadsheets and functional dashboards; and  
o Stakeholder management.   
• Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.   
• Position reports to San Jose, CA office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office.

We are offering a salary of $233,450 to $292,000 per year.

Education

Requires a master’s or foreign equivalent degree in business administration or a related field and 6 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, and business strategy in the tech industry.
