The Senior Recruiter supporting software engineering roles will be part of the Talent Acquisition team and will play a key role in attracting and engaging technical talent across the organization. This full-time position is remote and may be based anywhere in the United States. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, this individual will help drive recruiting execution in support of software engineering hiring needs while partnering with internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to recruiting operations, sourcing strategy, and process improvement in a fast-moving talent environment. Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Recruiter supporting software engineering roles, your responsibilities will include:
- Researching and sourcing candidates through advanced search techniques to build talent pipelines for technical hiring needs.
- Generating recruitment reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing recruiting data and trends.
- Coordinating recruiting activities, including attending job fairs, placing advertisements, and conducting initial interviews.
- Supporting the execution of organizational recruiting programs to help meet hiring goals.
- Assisting in the development of recruiting processes and practices that align with the goals and direction of the Human Resources department.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of applicable full life cycle recruitment experience required.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong ability to source and engage candidates through advanced search techniques.
- Ability to analyze recruiting data and communicate insights through reports.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with AI recruiting tools or practices.
- Experience using Eightfold.
