Job Summary:
As a Senior Recruiter supporting Engineering Recruiting across the Americas, you will help hire talent for state-of-the-art AI and technology roles while working with the latest AI tools in the talent acquisition space. This hybrid role is based in Raleigh, NC (RTP office) and reports to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Travel of approximately 10–15% is expected for this role. Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for software engineering roles across the Americas region.
- Partner with hiring managers to shape search strategies, influence hiring decisions, and drive an effective recruiting process.
- Manage candidates through the recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and close.
- Support hiring for highly technical and emerging AI-focused roles.
- Use recruiting systems and AI-enabled talent acquisition tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of applicable experience required, including recruiting for software engineering roles.
- Proven technical recruiting experience within the tech sector.
- Experience working in multiple ATS systems and familiarity with AI tools relevant to talent acquisition.
- Ability to influence hiring managers and provide recruiting guidance.
- Strong candidate management and negotiation skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Recruiting experience with hyperscalers.
- Experience with Eightfold.
- Experience with SuccessFactors.
- Background supporting hiring for AI and other leading-edge technology roles.
Education
Education:
- No degree is required for this role.
- Equivalent experience is fully acceptable.
- Minimum 5+ years of applicable recruiting experience required.
