Job Summary

As a Sales Operations Program Manager , you will drive operational excellence for Japan GTM. You’ll lead planning cycles, improve forecasting and pipeline health, and run the rhythm of business for the region. This role partners with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver insights, streamline processes, and enable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual planning, forecasting, and coverage design for Japan GTM
  • Drive process standardization and automation across Sales Ops workflows
  • Provide actionable insights using Salesforce, Tableau, Anaplan, and Snowflake
  • Facilitate governance forums (QBR/MBR) and ROB cadence
  • Partner on strategic deals and support cross-functional initiatives

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Sales Operations or GTM strategy
  • Proven success leading large, cross-functional programs
  • Advanced analytical and communication skills
  • Business-level English and Japanese
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Tableau, Anaplan, and Excel
