弊社の Client Executive（CE）は、顧客の変革をリードする最前線に立ち、信頼されるアドバイザーとして活躍いただくポジションです。NetAppの強みである統合プラットフォーム（クラウド、データ、ストレージ、セキュリティ、AI）を起点に、顧客との関係を拡大しながら成果を創出し、ビジネス成長を牽引していただきます。
【チームの説明】
担当営業として、金融機関を中心とした既存および新規顧客の拡大をご担当いただきます。顧客・パートナーと円滑なコミュニケーションを取り、良好な関係を維持し、販売機会を創出します。また、マネージメントと密に連携し、金融エリアのチームリーダーとして、チーム運営にも関わっていただきます。
ご担当いただく顧客：大手金融機関、保険証券機関、その他 金融関係サービス提供事業者
【職務内容】
-顧客のゴール、課題、リスク、DX 戦略におけるプライオリティを深く理解し、それらを自社の差別化された製品・ソリューションにつなげた価値提案の実施
- 技術的好奇心、ビジネス判断力、ソリューション専門性を統合し、顧客のトランスフォームを推進するアドバイザリーの実施
- 潜在的ニーズの発掘、新規ワークロード、新規顧客獲得といったビジネス成長（売上拡大）に直結する強いハンティングマインド（Hunter Mentality）の発揮
- MEDDICCに基づいたパイプライン管理やフォーキャスト精度向上といったSales Excellenceの実施
- 顧客への “One Team Experience” を実現するオーケストレーションの遂行、および、当初のビジネスケースに基づく価値実現プランに沿ったCustomer Successとの戦略的なコラボレーション

- クラウド／データ／AI、および従量課金モデルへの構造的理解を深めながら、CxOクラスと交渉・アドバイスができるビジネス知見

- 新規（ホワイトスペース）領域の開拓を含む、非常に難易度の高い顧客課題を高付加価値のビジネスオポチュニティへ転換する意欲・姿勢
- IT・財務・セキュリティ・データ／AI・事業部門など多様な顧客ペルソナに合わせた価値訴求を行い、CxOクラスに対するエグゼクティブセリングを実践できる力
- ROI／TCO モデル（投資対効果・コスト等）の構築やディールストラクチャリングの可視化（収益性、価格モデル、マージン等）を行い、経営層の財務判断を明確かつ信頼性をもって支援できるファイナンス知見
- 顧客ペルソナにパーソナライズした明確かつ迅速な意思疎通と共に、複雑な事案を次のアクションへ落とし込み、顧客から信頼されるコミュニケーション力
- オーケストレーション、明確性、エンパワーメントを重視し、パートナーや社内リソースを適切に活用しながらベストな成果を生み出すための多様な視点
Job Requirements
必要な条件/経験：
・10年以上のIT業界での法人営業経験
・5年以上の大手金融機関へのダイレクト、ハイタッチ営業経験
・お客様の課題に応じた価値訴求が出来るシナリオ構成力
・目標達成に向けたアカウントプラニングと実行力、および問題解決能力
・自ら目標を設定し、社内外のステークホルダーと協調してビジネスをドライブする強い主体性
・ネットワーク、ハードウエア、ミドルウエアを含む幅広いITインフラ知識
・大手企業エグゼクティブレベルとのビジネスリレーション構築経験
・マネージメント経験、若しくはマネージャーの補佐としてチーム運営を支援した経験があると尚可
・英語力があれば尚可

試⽤期間：3か月（試用期間中の勤務条件に変更はありません）
就業時間：9:00－17:30 （フレックス制 or 裁量労働制）
