Job Summary

This Chief of Staff role requires a highly resourceful, self-driven individual with the ability to partner, execute, and lead through influence working in fast-paced and dynamic environment, leading by example with sound business judgement and problem-solving expertise. The role will have great exposure and will be a big opportunity to learn from the top executives of the organization. The Chief of Staff will orchestrate priority initiatives, manage executive communications, establish operating rhythms, and ensure the SVP’s time and focus are aligned to the organization’s most critical objectives. This position does not include direct people management. 

Key Responsibilities

This role will report directly to the SVP, WW GTM Revenue Operations working to orchestrate and drive transformation initiatives and programs across GTM Revenue Operations.  Proactively manage the SVP’s priorities and agenda in close collaboration with the SVP’s Executive Assistant.  

Operational Excellence  

  • You will be involved in a broad range of activities, from strategic to tactical and will be responsible for owning the operating cadence for the function and driving the cross-functional collaboration process.   
  • Apply a strong understanding of Revenue Operations business models, roles, and impact to shape organizational capabilities and operating model evolution through transformation.  
  • Must have an orientation towards speed and execution, capable of operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  Able to pivot between priorities and work autonomously.   
  • Anticipate and prepare for business rhythms (strategy reviews, AllHands, executive briefings) with Hands, executive briefings) with Hands, executive briefings) with on-time, high quality materials.  
  • Drive technology awareness, adoption, and training by utilizing AI/automation   

Strategic Partnership  

  • Partner with the SVP to translate strategy into OKRs/KPIs, dashboards, and execution plans; track progress to quarterly and annual goals.  
  • Prepare executive-level presentations for internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, HR, and other GTM teams; lead cross-national initiatives functional initiatives to results.  
  • Working with the Revenue Operations Executive Assistant on planning, preparing, coordinating executive external engagements and visits.  
  • Drive Opex planning, tracking, and decision support in partnership with Finance, bringing rigor and transparency to ensure fiscally responsible execution across the organization  

Executive Presence

  • Elevate communication quality and information flow across the organization to drive clarity and alignment.  
  • Guide executive communications, talking points, and readouts; prepare internal and external executive briefing materials.  
  • Serve as a force multiplier to the leader by keeping the leadership team aligned and identifying, shaping, and resolving business issues before they require SVP intervention   

Key Qualifications and Requirements

  • Typically, a minimum of 10-12 years of related experience working within a GTM, Strategy Operations, or administrative organization.   
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.  
  • Ability to influence without authority and thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment  
  • High integrity, discretion, and sound judgment with sensitive information.  
  • Critical thinking and analytical/problem-solving skills, and the ability to combine and balance qualitative  
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.   
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
