  • Hire, coach, and inspire Client Executives to exceed revenue goals and deepen strategic customer relationships
  • Drive a culture of accountability, rigor, and continuous improvement across the district
  • Provide hands-on deal leadership for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles

Own district strategy and execution

  • Build and execute territory and account plans aligned to corporate priorities and Financial Services market dynamics
  • Identify whitespace, expansion paths, and multi-year transformation opportunities within strategic accounts
  • Ensure strong pipeline creation, qualification, and progression with disciplined operating cadence

Be a trusted executive partner to customers

  • Build influential relationships with C-suite, CIO/CTO organizations, infrastructure leaders, and security/data stakeholders
  • Guide customers through modernization journeys involving hybrid cloud, data infrastructure, governance, and operational resilience
  • Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes that matter to Financial Services leaders

Orchestrate cross-functional teams to win

  • Align internal teams (Solutions, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Partners, Customer Success) to deliver differentiated outcomes
  • Leverage partner ecosystems (GSIs, cloud providers, and strategic channel partners) to scale impact
  • Champion customer feedback internally to drive innovation and improve time-to-value

Run the business with operational excellence

  • Maintain forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and clear executive reporting
  • Use data-driven insights to diagnose performance, remove obstacles, and optimize execution

Stay ahead of the market

  • Track Financial Services trends: regulatory pressure, risk management, AI/data initiatives, cyber resilience, cost optimization, and cloud operating models
  • Understand competitive dynamics to position NetApp effectively and protect/expand wallet share

What you Bring

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience (cloud, data infrastructure, storage, cybersecurity, or enterprise software preferred)
  • Proven success leading high-performing teams selling into strategic/large enterprise accounts with long, complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of Financial Services business drivers and technology priorities (resilience, governance, risk, modernization, data/AI)
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships and influence decisions at the highest levels
  • Excellent business acumen with a metrics-driven approach to forecasting, pipeline management, and execution
  • Comfort operating in a matrixed environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders
