Job Summary

As a Client Sales Executive (CE) at NetApp, you will lead end-to-end sales activities across Poland to achieve assigned sales targets. You will foster collaboration among sales and pre-sales teams to drive growth in the territory. Acting as an advisor to customers, you’ll partner with NetApp’s distributor and partner ecosystem, leveraging your business acumen and technical expertise to maximize value and revenue.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop strategic sales opportunities within existing and new accounts, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders across Poland.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline generation, qualification, solution positioning, pricing, quoting, and contract negotiation. 
  • Orchestrate sales efforts by engaging the right experts at the right time.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers to create long-term product strategies for NetApp’s portfolio.
  • Lead multiple complex sales motions with a customer-centric approach, building trust through a deep understanding of customer needs and tailored solutions.
  • Leverage existing relationships to uncover new buying centers and opportunities, promoting alignment across sales and pre-sales roles.

Job Requirements

  • A proven track record in direct/indirect sales, consistently exceeding quotas and driving new business, particularly in the Polish market (preferred).
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers and partners, with the ability to understand their goals and deliver value.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple concurrent sales efforts.
  • The ability to speak confidently about modern computing, storage, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
  • Native-level Polish and fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
