Are you the one who will deliver on our Hybrid Cloud Strategy to build mind share and adoption of NetApp’s Infrastructure Solutions and Cloud Services across strategic partners?

You are part of the Western Europe Partner Team and you'll manage Partner Account Managers and Technical Partner Leads in Austria. Our partner team purpose is to make an impact at and together with our partners and distributors, to provide data driven solutions to our customers to Austria a little bit more beautiful country to live in.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will work with our Channel Partners to build mind share and adoption of NetApp’s Intelligent Data Infrastructure and grow our Hybrid Cloud business. Our Partner Team purpose is to make an impact and together with our Partners provide data driven solutions to our customers in Austria.
  • Sales, marketing, solution architects, cloud, bid and leadership teams are your audience
  • Create, develop and execute Joint Business Plans
  • Drive the collaboration with the commercial sales team to develop and support new opportunities.

Your Profile

  • A minimum of 8 years of proven successful partner engagement experience
  • Cloud Solutions sales skills.
  • You have an inherent desire to be at and with your partners, driving initiatives not only for business continuity but with a focus on business development. You are influencing Partner preference towards NetApp and increase Share Of Wallet.
  • Translate NetApp Hybrid Cloud solutions in partner strategy and business goals.
  • Proactively looking for new personas and opportunities within the partner organization.
  • Build a network outside to support the business needs and to connect people.
  • Have a good understanding of the industry ecosystem.
  • Self-motivated and self-starter.
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in German and English.
